1. Are you a factory? Where are your factories located?
A: We are the largest and the only coffee roaster manufacturer in China that can reach the German technology. Currently we have two factories in China. One is located in Nanyang City, Henan Province, and the other is located in the high-tech port city of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. You are warmly welcome to visit us anytime.
2. Can the YOSHAN coffee roaster be used with roasting software? Can it be connected to a computer?
A: The YOSHAN coffee roaster supports Artisan and Cropster roasting software and can be connected to a computer.
The YOSHAN roaster comes with pre-installed Artisan coffee roasting software. Upon receiving the roaster, your dedicated sales representative will email you the installation package and instructions for Artisan, and provide guidance on its use. If you require the installation of Cropster roasting software on the roaster, please contact your dedicated sales representative to have Cropster installed for you.
3. How long is the warranty for the YOSHAN coffee roaster?
A: We provide one-year free warranty and lifelong after-sales service of the core parts are not damaged artificially, our company will provide these damaged parts for free and cover the shipping cost .And when you have any problem during operation, you would have your dedicated sales representative on any platform to call for help. Our engineering team and your dedicated sales representative will respond to your questions immediately and solve them within 3 hours.
4. What is the approximate production time for the coffee roaster?
A: Generally, stock items require 5-10 days for processing and shipping.
The DY series roasters require approximately 30-40 working days for production.
The YS/SD roasters require approximately 60-80 working days for production.
