The YOSHAN roaster comes with pre-installed Artisan coffee roasting software. Upon receiving the roaster, your dedicated sales representative will email you the installation package and instructions for Artisan, and provide guidance on its use. If you require the installation of Cropster roasting software on the roaster, please contact your dedicated sales representative to have Cropster installed for you.
