A: The YOSHAN coffee roaster supports Artisan and Cropster roasting software and can be connected to a computer.The YOSHAN roaster comes with pre-installed Artisan coffee roasting software. Upon receiving the roaster, your dedicated sales representative will email you the installation package and instructions for Artisan, and provide guidance on its use. If you require the installation of Cropster roasting software on the roaster, please contact your dedicated sales representative to have Cropster installed for you.
A: We provide one-year free warranty and lifelong after-sales service of the core parts are not damaged artificially, our company will provide these damaged parts for free and cover the shipping cost .And when you have any problem during operation, you would have your dedicated sales representative on any platform to call for help. A: Generally, stock items require 5-10 days for processing and shipping.The DY series roasters require approximately 30-40 working days for production.The YS/SD roasters require approximately 60-80 working days for production.For specific updates on lead times and expedited orders, please consult your dedicated sales representative.
